With a focus on strong Leadership Skills, the program shall enhance the participants skills in African Leadership, Artificial Intelligence, data analysis, visualization, and machine learning among others. Our fellowship program provides a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their data science expertise and become change-makers on the African continent in their respective fields. The Luminate Fellowship Program will offer fellows a chance to gain hands-on experience working on real-world data science projects with our industry partners, access to cutting-edge tools and technologies, and mentorship from experienced data science professionals. Fellows will also have the opportunity to participate in exclusive events, workshops, trips  and seminars to further enhance their knowledge and skills. Through this program, we aim to address the current shortage of skilled data scientists across the continent and support the growth of data-driven innovation in Africa. By investing in the development of data science talent, we believe we can unlock the potential for data-driven solutions to address some of the most pressing challenges facing our communities. The Luminate Fellowship Program is open to individuals with a passion for data science and a desire to make a positive impact in Africa.
